Most recently VP Operations at AmerisourceBergen (now Cencora), where a 4-year transformation drove turnover down 44%, productivity up 15.8 points, and on-time delivery to 98.8%. Previously SVP Fulfillment at Radial, where a $335M operation losing $25M annually became a $596M business generating $20M in EBIT.
